President
Morgan Joye
Morgan Joye (Gamma Class) is a Junior Economics & International Business major with a minor in Spanish from Greenville, SC. Morgan joined Phi Delta Phi in the fall of his freshman year, and he has a deep appreciation for the organization’s ability to bond and develop its members. Before serving in the role of President, he was the Treasurer during the Spring 2026 semester. During the summer, he worked in the Securities Division of the South Carolina Attorney General’s Office. His regulatory experience within the division, as well as his passion for market systems and the global economy, have made him interested in areas of the law such as securities, antitrust, and international arbitration. He plans to have a dynamic career in both the private and public sectors. Apart from being a dedicated member of the fraternity, he is a Microeconomics Supplemental Instructor and enjoys spending his free time in the outdoors!
Vice President
Maya McClellan
Maya McClellan (Gamma Class) is a senior Political Science major with two minors in business administration and law & society from Richmond, VA. Maya joined Phi Delta Phi in the fall of her sophomore year and has enjoyed sharing a deep curiosity for the law and legal field with her fellow brothers. Prior to serving as Vice President, Maya served as Recruitment Chair for the 2025 fall semester. Outside of Phi Delta Phi, Maya has worked as a research assistant within the Political Science Department, where she studied Supreme Court behavior and judicial decision-making. She has also gained firsthand political experience through her work with the Governor of South Carolina’s Office. These experiences, combined with her coursework in business, have shaped her interests in both politics and corporate law, and she hopes to pursue a career at the intersection of law, business, and public policy. In her free time, she enjoys running and spending time with friends and family!

Evan Lawton
Evan Lawton (Epsilon Class) is a sophomore in the University of South Carolina Honors College. He is a member of the Accelerated Undergraduate to J.D. program, where he focuses his studies on Education Law & Policy. Evan joined Phi Delta Phi in his first semester at USC, and he has enjoyed being part of a brotherhood that shares similar goals. Before serving as Secretary, Evan served as the Deputy Recruitment Chair for the Spring 2026 cycle. At the University of South Carolina, Evan is also the Deputy Chief of Staff to the Student Body Vice President and an Honors College Ambassador. Outside of USC, Evan has worked on multiple local and statewide political campaigns and is a Governance and Compliance Intern with South Carolina First Steps.

Paityn Tumblin
Paityn Tumblin (Delta Class) is a Junior in the South Carolina Honors College from Fort Mill, SC. She is studying Political Science and History with a minor in Southern Studies. Paityn joined Phi Delta Phi during g the spring semester of her Freshman year. She served on the Professional Development committee for two semesters before traveling to Washington DC. She has loved the chance to grow her professional network through the organization. She is very involved on campus, outside of PDP, she serves as the Student Body President's cabinet advisor and is involved in Model United Nations. Off campus she interns with Legislative Council at the statehouse.
